Who is Allyens?
We are Allyens. In a society that is becoming increasingly diverse, we devise creative solutions, mostly to questions surrounding inclusive marketing. With that, we aim to change the world (or at least the communication sector). We have been around for more than six years, are listed on Forbes, and have already collaborated with companies such as Unilever, BPost, Brussels Airport, and VRT. Ready to join the A-team?
What do we offer?
A educational internship where inclusion and communication intersect. A great team. Plenty of flexibility. Immense enthusiasm to learn from each other. Your tasks depend on your field of study, current knowledge, and interests. Possible tasks may include:
- Conducting research for a project proposal
- Contributing to an inclusion scan
- Develeoping posts for social media
- Crafting a digital communication campaign

Who are we looking for?
- Committed and motivated students with a passion for inclusion.
- Students in Communication Management, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Graphic and Digital Media, Gender and Diversity, or another relevant field of study.
- Proficiency in Dutch and a strong basic knowledge of English.
- Ability to accurately process research on inclusive topics and translate it into practice.
- Good teamwork skills, but also capable of working independently.
Practical information.
Duration
- Short or long internships, preferably at a minimum of 3 days a week. Exact duration to be agreed upon together.
Location
- We are gradually embracing our new office in Brussels, but we haven't forgotten the benefits of remote work. A balanced mix of both, where you'll be surrounded digitally as well as live by the most enthusiastic team you'll ever meet.
